Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to love the more mischief experience and feel satisfied with their garments, but if something isn’t right, let us know.

We understand buying online can be hard and getting the size exactly right can be difficult. We accept complimentary minor alterations in size within 48 hours of receipt of product.
We ensure that your garment goes thorough extensive quality check prior to be shipped, however in the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may send us a picture of the defect within 24 hours of receipt and we will initiate a return on inspecting the image. These defects are limited to holes, bleeds and stains only. Slight color variations may occur as our garments are dyed and handmade one at a time and that is the beauty of every garment handmade specifically for you. The returned merchandise should reach us unused and with tags on.
Incase of defects, on receipt of the garment our customer care and quality team would inspect for any damages stated above and determine whether an exchange is warranted. Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit, which can be utilised online or in-store. All logistical costs will be borne by the customers.

Alterations

  1. We accept complimentary alterations in size within 48 hours of receipt of the garment.
  2. Before shipping out the garment, please send us a photo (info@moremischiefinc.com) with the order number of you wearing the product as it would give us a general sense of alterations needed.
  3. We would also like you to let us know what minor alterations are required.
  4. Based on your request, our customer care team will let you know what alterations are covered under your purchase.
  5. Incase of acceptance, we would request you to please return the garment with the invoice and mention at the back what alterations would you like.
  6. Once the garment is ready, our customer care team will inform you and you can have the garment collected from our location

Damages and Defects

  1. Damages and defects include and are limited to holes, bleeds and stains only and must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the garment
  2. Before shipping out the garment, please send us a photo with the defect to info@moremischiefinc.com with the order number.
  3. Based on your request, our customer care team will let you know whether the defect is covered under your purchase.
  4. Incase of acceptance, we would request you to please return the garment with the invoice and mention at the back in detail of the defect or damage. Please ensure the garment has been unworn and is in good condition
  5. On receipt of the garment, our team will inspect and try our best to repair the garment to the best of our ability.
  6. If the garment is fixed, we will share a picture with you for your confirmation. If it meets your expectation, we will ship out the product back to you
  7. If it does not, we can either replace the garment (if possible) with a new piece or issue a credit that can be utilised in-store or on our website.
