What to expect at your appointment?

A typical appointment can run between 30 minutes to an hour depending on your needs. We block an hours time slot to make sure there is no rush and you get all your questions answered.

Step 1

Our sales executives will sit down and list your requirements and understand what you really need.

Step 2

Based on your occasions, our sales executives will show you our various designs and fabric options that will be customised to your liking.

Step 3

Once we have the designs listed down, we will go through the measuring process. In an in-person appointment, our masters of more than a 50 years of bespoke experience combined will map your entire body to make sure your outfit fits you like a glove.

In a virtual appointment, you will have an option to come down and give us your measurements. However, if that’s logistically not possible, we will send you a link to fill in your measurements with a video guide on how to measure yourself in under 2 minutes.
